Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Rapira ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is permitted only to individuals who are 15 years of age or older.

If a person under the age of 15 registers on the Platform by misrepresenting their age or identity, Rapira shall not be responsible or liable for such registration or for any consequences arising therefrom. Responsibility for such false representation shall rest solely with the user and/or their legal guardians.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the above eligibility requirements.

3. Use of the Platform

The Platform enables users to:

browse and purchase event or concert tickets
view and stream content uploaded by creators (including audio, video, and PDF content)
access information relating to events, concerts, and artists

You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform, or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform.

4. User Accounts

Certain features may require account registration. You agree to:

provide accurate and complete information
maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account

Rapira shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

5. Ticket Purchases and Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are deemed final and non-refundable, subject to the exceptions set forth below.

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

Refund request timeline

Refund requests must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for refund.

Event cancellation by organizer

In the event the organizer cancels the event, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Weather-related situations

If an event is canceled due to adverse weather within 3–4 hours prior to the scheduled start time, a refund will be issued.

If weather conditions arise during the event after it has commenced, no refund shall be provided, irrespective of early termination or disruption.

It is the user's responsibility to verify event details, including date, time, venue, and entry conditions, prior to purchase.

Tickets may be delivered electronically or made available within your account.

6. Uploaded Content and Intellectual Property

All media made available on the Platform is provided by independent creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view such content solely for personal, non-commercial use.

You shall not copy, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written authorization.

By uploading or submitting content to the Platform, you grant Rapira a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, and otherwise use the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

7. Content Availability

While we endeavor to maintain continuous access to uploaded content, the availability of content may be interrupted due to:

maintenance
system updates
redeployment
technical failures

Rapira does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be liable for temporary inaccessibility.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
violate applicable local, national, or international laws

Rapira reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Artist Accounts

Artists must provide true, accurate, and complete information. Rapira reserves the right to verify identities and suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

10. Concerts and Ticketing Services

Rapira acts solely as a facilitator for event listings and ticket distribution. Responsibility for event execution rests with the event organizers.

All sales are final except as expressly stated in these Terms or applicable refund policies.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, software, text, graphics, and other materials available on the Platform are the exclusive property of Rapira or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No rights are transferred to you except for the limited license expressly granted herein.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Rapira shall not be liable for any:

indirect
incidental
consequential
special
exemplary
punitive damages

arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or services, including but not limited to ticketing errors, event cancellations, content access issues, or system downtime.

13. Changes to Terms

Rapira reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Related Policies

By using our platform, you agree to comply with these policies in addition to our Terms of Service.
