Event Attending Policy

This Event Attending Policy sets forth the rules and conditions applicable to attendees of events and concerts accessed or purchased through the Rapira platform ("Platform"). By attending any event, you agree to comply with this Policy along with the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and any rules imposed by the event organizer or venue.

1. Admission Requirements

Entry to an event may require:

• a valid ticket
• government-issued photo ID
• age verification where applicable
• compliance with venue security checks

Entry may be refused if:

• the ticket is invalid, altered, duplicated, or reported stolen
• you do not meet age or identification requirements
• you violate venue rules or this policy

The organizer or venue reserves the right to deny admission without refund in case of policy violations.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

Unless otherwise stated by the organizer:

• the Platform is intended for users 15 years of age or older
• some events may carry higher age limits (e.g., 18+)

Parents/guardians are responsible for minors permitted to attend.

3. Ticket Validity

• each ticket admits one person only
• tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers are invalid
• damaged, altered, or tampered tickets may be rejected
• Lost tickets may not be replaced.

4. Ticket Validation & Entry Control (Mandatory)

4.1 Ticket must be scanned at entry

• All attendees must present their ticket at the entrance for verification and scanning by authorized security personnel.
• entry is permitted only after the ticket is successfully scanned and validated
• merely possessing a ticket does not guarantee entry
• attendees must comply with scanning and security instructions

If a ticket cannot be validated, entry may be refused.

4.2 Entering without scanning is prohibited

Attempting to:

• enter without scanning
• bypass security
• sneak into the venue

is strictly prohibited.

If someone is found inside the venue without a validated ticket, they may:

• be removed from the venue
• be charged a penalty or fine as per organizer/venue rules
• be reported to authorities where applicable
• be banned from future events

No refund will be issued in such cases.

4.3 Single use only — no re-scanning

Each ticket is valid for single entry only, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the organizer.

The following actions are prohibited:

• scanning the same ticket again after entry
• attempting re-entry with already validated ticket
• sharing QR/barcode with others
• using screenshots or duplicate tickets

If a validated ticket is scanned again:

• entry will be refused
• penalties or fines may apply according to venue rules or law
• the ticket may be permanently blocked without refund

4.4 Fraudulent ticket use

The following are treated as fraud:

• entering without validation
• duplicating tickets
• manipulating QR codes/barcodes
• using canceled/invalid tickets

Fraud may result in:

• denial of entry
• cancellation of tickets
• account suspension
• legal action as per applicable law

5. Late Entry and Re-Entry

• late entry is subject to organizer rules
• some events may prohibit entry after commencement
• re-entry is usually not allowed unless specifically permitted

No refund is issued for late arrival.

6. Conduct & Behavior

Attendees must:

• behave respectfully toward staff, artists, and others
• comply with venue and security instructions

The following are prohibited:

• abusive, violent, or disruptive conduct
• harassment
• property damage
• entering restricted areas

Violation may result in removal without refund.

7. Prohibited Items

Unless otherwise allowed by the organizer, items such as:

• weapons or sharp objects
• illegal substances
• outside alcohol
• fireworks
• professional recording equipment
• large bags

may be restricted or banned.

Security checks may be conducted.

8. Audio, Video & Photography

Unless expressly permitted:

• professional recording is prohibited
• flash photography may be restricted

By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed as part of event media.

9. Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor events:

• shows may continue in light weather conditions

Refund rules:

• canceled 3–4 hours before event due to weather → ticket amount only refunded
• weather disruption during event → no refund

Platform, convenience, or processing fees remain non-refundable.

10. Health & Safety

Attendees must comply with venue health and safety instructions.

Anyone posing risk may be refused entry.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Attendance is at your own risk. Rapira is not liable for:

• loss of personal belongings
• injury due to crowd behavior
• actions of organizers or venue operators
