1. Ticket Refund Policy
This policy applies to all tickets purchased through our Platform for concerts, events, and performances.
2. General Refund Terms
All ticket sales are considered final once completed. However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- event cancellation by the organizer or artist
- significant rescheduling of the event
- substantial venue change that makes attendance impractical
- verified technical or payment processing errors resulting in duplicate/incorrect charges
3. Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled by the organizer or artist:
- a refund of the ticket amount will be initiated
- refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days
- notification will be sent via email
- refunds will be credited to the original payment method
4. Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled:
- previously issued tickets remain valid for the new date
- if you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling notice
- refund requests submitted after 14 days may not be accepted
5. Venue Changes
If the event venue is changed:
- tickets remain valid for the new venue
- if the new venue is located more than 50 km from the original venue, you may request a refund
- refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the announcement
6. Technical Errors and Duplicate Charges
In case of technical errors resulting in:
- duplicate payments
- incorrect charge amounts

Refunds for verified technical errors are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Non-Refundable Fees (Important)
The following will not be refunded under any circumstances:
- platform fees
- convenience fees
- payment gateway or transaction charges
- service or processing fees
- commissions or administrative charges
Only the base ticket price may be refunded, where eligible.
Users acknowledge and agree to these charges at the time of purchase.
8. Weather Conditions
Refunds related to weather are handled as follows:
- If an event is canceled 3–4 hours before start time due to adverse weather, the ticket amount may be refunded
- If bad weather occurs during the event after commencement, no refund will be issued
9. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the amount to reflect.
10. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to My Tickets
- Select the applicable ticket
- Click Request Refund
- Submit the refund form
Notes:
- refund requests are subject to policy review and approval
- refunds cannot be requested after the event date has passed
- valid account/payment details must be provided for processing
11. Post-Concert Tickets
After the event date has passed:
- tickets move automatically to Past Events
- tickets are no longer refundable
- you may optionally delete old tickets from your account
- deletion does not erase legal and accounting transaction records
12. Ticket Deletion Policy
For completed events, you may delete tickets from "Past Events."
Deletion is:
- permanent
- optional
- does not impact internal transaction records
You are advised to download tickets before deletion if needed for personal records.
13. Special Circumstances
In extraordinary events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies, Rapira may announce special refund procedures applicable to affected ticket holders.
